Behind the Scenes: Meet Our Customer Service Team

Over the last year our customer service team has grown to include five members!

Customer service is something that we pride ourselves on here at Agilis! As we’ve developed as a business, our customer service team has grown with us.

By growing our customer service team, we’ve been able to ensure that we deliver our services in the most efficient and timely manner.

We’ve formed great longstanding relationships with our existing clients and as we welcome further clients each month, we’re very much looking forward to what the future holds.

Our customer service team know that all businesses and individuals have different needs and priorities, so we offer a flexible support network.

Within this blog, we’ll give you further information on our team and what it is they get up to on a day-to-day basis.

A quick intro to the customer service team

Our customer service team consists of Fiona, Adam, Carly, Danielle, and Adele. On a daily basis the team work together to:

• Answer queries from clients and potential new clients.
• Efficiently dispatch and sort our testing kits.
• Communicate and deliver test results.

Fiona is our customer service supervisor and is responsible for overseeing and looking after the customer service team. She has a variety of customer service experience and has been with us since the move to our Burntisland office in December.

When she’s not answering queries and dispatching kits, she’s taking the lead with our Instagram account! Fiona is also involved in our IT systems, keeping client details up to date and importing information into our platforms regularly.

Outside of work Fiona enjoys finding new walks to go on with her dog and treating herself to a takeaway in front of the TV!


Danielle assists with the dispatching and sorting of our test kits and results. She also handles enquiries and liaises with clients directly.

Danielle has a range of customer service experience, having held several different roles in the customer service and retail industries. She has only been with Agilis for a few short months but is loving it already!

When she’s not working, she enjoys days out with her little boy and meeting up with friends.


Carly joined us in recent months and has thoroughly enjoyed her time with Agilis so far. She’s looking forward to working with us as we grow and expand further across the UK!

On a day-to-day basis she helps with the dispatching and sorting of Covid-19 testing kits. The whole team contribute to this process as we know how important it is to deliver tests and results efficiently.

Many businesses and individuals who are needing tests have had to press pause on their plans, so fast processes and results allow them to conveniently progress with their plans with minimal disruption.


As well as being involved in customer service, answering queries, and assisting clients, Adam takes the lead with our stock intake. He ensures everything is ordered and supplied in time and that the team know what we need and when.

Adam also supports with IT system implementation and maintenance. When he isn’t working, Adam enjoys trying and preparing new recipes for his family and online gaming with his friends.
