Behind the scenes with our UK Retail Sales and Customer Service Manager
Our UK Retail Sales and Customer Service Manager, Clark has now been with us for over a year. Clark was the first staff member our CEO, Mike Eriksen, brought on board!
A lot has changed in a year, we now have a presence in the USA and offer a range of health and wellbeing screening solutions to businesses and individuals across the world.
We caught up with Clark to find out about his first year with Agilis. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll find Clark liaising directly with pharmacists, business owners and customers. Clark works with our clients and the customer service team to ensure our interactions are seamless and effective.
Hi Clark, what have you enjoyed most over the last year?
I’ve really enjoyed seeing the team grow and develop with many new additions, we’ve grown to be a much bigger team than we were a year ago! I’ve also really enjoyed seeing Agilis bring on new clients and projects.
What’ve you learnt over the last year?
That with hard work, the right attitude and a great team, anything is possible. For a new start in the market, Agilis has had a number of fantastic success stories which I’m really proud to have been a part of.
What significant changes have you seen in your time with Agilis?
As the months have gone by, the business structure, processes and approach is becoming more and more formal and robust, which has been great to see from a standing start.
What’s most important to you in a company?
Care for the employees, which Agilis definitely offers. This is something that you don’t often see, but when a business cares, employees feel happy, secure and valued.
What did you hope to achieve when joining Agilis?
Having recently been made redundant, I didn’t give too much thought as to what I could achieve. I just wanted to make a contribution and had a good feeling that it was going to be an exciting challenge and one with opportunity, which has proven to be the case
What do you have planned for the next year?
In the next year my main goal is to develop the customer service team, giving everyone responsibility and to see them grow and succeed. It would also be great to start assisting our clients with health contracts, that’s what I’m hoping for.
